The Mason & Smith Group is hiring Join our dynamic team of leather craftsmen in our Artisanal Leather Restoration division.

You will primarily be responsible in restoring leather goods in either one of our departments (Shoes, Small Leather Goods, Luxury Handbags). This job will cover all aspects of repair and management, including the pre-assessment, execution and completion of repairs within the timeline while working with the front of house team to provide updates.

**RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE**:

- Completion of technical repairs within the company standards and leadtimes
- Repairing and restoring leather (either shoes or handbags) with details and attention
- Able to work with leather dyes and colors
- Quality checks on completed work to the standards of company
- Machine repair experience is preferred
- Ability of work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Constant learning of new techniques and leather crafts.
- Be able to work independently and in a team
- **REQUIREMENTS TO INCLUDE**:

- Experience in leather crafts or repair/restoration is preferred
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Maintain a neat, organized back-of-house environment
- Flexible Schedule available (Part Time & Full Time)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
