Real Estate Analytics is fast growing Singaporean property technology startup with international ambition whose mission is to research, develop and implement the next generation real estate modelling and analytics tools for global markets.

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the internal stakeholders to understand research needs to commission structured research project
- Perform data cleaning & logic enhancement tasks as and when required to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Source and collect data from various online and offline sources according to project requirements
- Extract relevant data from databases, websites, documents, and other sources using appropriate tools and techniques
- Conduct image annotation tasks to label and categorize images for machine learning purpose
- Providing ad-hoc data visualization and analysis support across for the designated product

**Requirements**:

- Strong academic background with degree in Computing, Science, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Good understanding of the real estate industry and terminologies in Singapore and Hong Kong is a plus
- Strong SQL knowledge (redshift and postgres) for advanced data manipulation and joins
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors in large datasets
- Driven and passionate about research and motivated with strong work ethic
