**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve market share and sales targets in the region
- Assist the General Manager in the management of all resources of the marketing and commercial department in the assigned country/region and be responsible for controlling the actions of the entire department, such as setting goals and objectives, developing strategies, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and aligning sales goals with the company's profitability objectives
- Design, strategize and implement comprehensive sales and trade marketing plans to develop the company's brand in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders
- Alignment of the sales organization's objectives with the company's business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting
- Meet allocated profitable sales volume, market share and other key financial performance targets
- Oversee all sales channels, markets and personnel; and ensure that all key sales and sales executives are accountable for assigned results

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a commercial function with similar/higher
- Preferably successfully leading a team to develop and plan sales and trade marketing strategies at the regional level
- Must have experience working in the tobacco/e-cigarettes/HNB) industry
- Possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable using ROI and metrics-driven modelling
- Proven and successful relationship building skills to leverage partnerships across the organization and externally
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate cross-functional teams, leading them in an agreed direction and towards a shared vision
