Our mission is to **educate, guide, and elevate**—providing solutions for over 20 years, the Otte team has helped consultants improve their design thinking, solve real-world challenges, and use advanced tools effectively. **About Your Role**: - Educate engineers through hands-on training, software workshops, and industry webinars. - Diagnose technical issues, help clients avoid misuse of tools, and explain the "why" behind the numbers. - Serve as a technical bridge between engineering teams and software developers. **What we're looking for**: - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field - Has a minimum of **3 years of experience**in structural design of buildings (reinforced concrete & steel). - Is familiar with tools like **ETABS, SAFE, or other FEM software**, and eager to master more. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsCommitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices **Why This Role is Unique**: - You won’t be doing routine design.
