**Rehabilitation Specialist
Our client is in search of an enthusiastic and dynamic Rehabilitation Specialist to join their esteemed chiropractic clinic. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding patients through their recovery and wellness journey, collaborating closely with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals.

Primary Duties:

- Patient Assessment and Evaluation:

- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical condition, evaluating factors such as range of motion, strength, flexibility, and posture.
- Employ diagnostic tools and tests to identify areas of dysfunction or impairment.
- Work alongside chiropractors and healthcare providers to devise tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Development of Rehabilitation Programs:

- Create personalized rehabilitation regimens to address patients' specific conditions, injuries, or post-surgical rehabilitation requirements.
- Integrate a variety of therapeutic exercises, stretches, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies to support their rehabilitation progress.
- Implementation and Monitoring:

- Guide patients through their rehabilitation plans, offering hands-on assistance and motivation as necessary.
- Monitor patients' progress closely, documenting improvements and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with chiropractors and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and an interdisciplinary approach to patient management. - Patient Education and Empowerment:

- Empower patients to actively participate in their recovery by providing education on injury prevention, ergonomics, and self-care strategies.
- Demonstrate exercises and techniques to patients, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to perform independently.
- Cultivate a supportive and encouraging environment to foster patient engagement and adherence to rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy Assistant, or a related field.
- Certification as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, or a similar credential is preferred. - Prior experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients and healthcare team members.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
