Senior Vice President, Client Services

**About Us**:Founded in 2013, Labor Solutions, a social enterprise, leverages technology to engage and educate workers. We provide consumer brands with big data about human rights risks by equipping suppliers (factories) with human resources tech tools to educate, connect and engage workers. WOVO, our flagship product, is one app for workers (to communicate, learn & report), one platform for suppliers and one dashboard for brands.

Our tools ensure that factory workers know their rights & responsibilities, can access remedies, and are heard by stakeholders. We serve over 1.5 million workers (80% women) in 28 countries and 24 languages. Our key strength is our ability to reach workers. Our in-market team understands the challenges facing users. We use worker-centric design, designing for an underserved market: workers with lower education and literacy rates.

Our advisory services help to build collaborative social ecosystems to drive change. We partner with leading experts to produce quality eLearning courses & measurement tools to amplify impact.

As the SVP of Client Services at Labor Solutions, you will be serve as a core member of the executive team and oversee the functions of business development and service delivery. We expect you to create and design strategies that effectively drive business growth and build sustainable client relationships.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Owns client service framework and processes to achieve high client retention, satisfaction and continuous growth
- Ensures customer and growth-related reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the CEO
- Trains, develops and manages a high-performance team focusing on new customer acquisition and retention of valued clients
- Serves as a member of the executive leadership team and partner with other functions of the company to facilitate successful implementation of new programs through the organization.
- Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement
- Serves as a voice of the customer in collaborating closely with the Leadership Team to understand company, technology and product strategy. Recommends changes and enhancements to the current platform.
- Provide industry expertise guidance to team members and clients in the deliveries of high-profile projects

**Who we are looking for**:

- Master’s Degree or above in international development fields, such as international relations, public policy, sustainability.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in team management and leadership role
- At least 5 years of professional experience of project management, service delivery or client management
- At least 10 years of experience working with or in multinational companies or significant time overseas
- Experience in working with an international NGO is preferred
- Experiences in working with manufacturing sectors in Asia is preferred
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in a second language preffered, such as Indonesian, Chinese, Hindi, Kannada, Malay, Bengali, Telugu, Vietnamese, Khmer or Spanish.
