**What you will be working on**
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with UTR Team Lead on Human Resource Management matters.
- Provide support in the Management of Coaches
- Assist in the HR processes required for the formation of UTR team
- Upkeep staff profiles, training and development records and access rights
- Support admin related matters for UTR team
**What we are looking for**
- Job Requirements:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
- Education qualifications in Business Management or Human Resource Management will be advantageous.
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years experience as a HR generalist or HR business partnering
- Strong command in English, both spoken and written
- Self-starter and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to adapt in a dynamic working environment
- Strong team player, within team and across organisation
