What You Will Do:

- Work with HQ to generate social content that will drive communications.
- Plan social content and maintain a content calendar for local community.
- Support overall marketing strategy by overseeing social media campaigns.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with regional content creators, community influencers, and advocates.
- Support HoYoverse hosted events/summits.
- Be the voice of the community internally. Report and provide meaningful feedback on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions.
- Use a data-informed approach to create our community strategy and associated critical metrics.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proficient in mainstream social media mechanisms, algorithms, and user attributes, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, Reddit, Discord etc.
- Deep understanding of gaming mechanisms and development team needs.
- Strong data analysis skills, familiarity with social media metrics; Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Possess a certain level of artistic appreciation, graphic design skills, technical programming knowledge, and agile project management capabilities.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English copywriting, communication, and expression. Skilled in crafting precise copywriting and able to optimize external communication announcements with accurate vocabulary.
- Native proficiency in one of the following languages, and understand the gaming culture ecosystem in the respective region: English/ Portuguese/ Spanish/ German/ French/ Thai/ Vietnamese/ Indonesian/ Russian/ Korean/ Turkish/ Italian
