**Description**:
The Architectural Assistant will assist project teams to create world-class designs for new proposals, alterations and fit-out works of a Mission-critical facilities project. The Architectural Assistant will work with the project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting architectural plans according to budget constraints, value engineering and environmental factors, or client needs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Have an eye for detail and have a good technical base knowledge. The role will involve working on all work stages of a Design & Build contract and you should be confident working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors
- Requires coordination with M&E designers in the design and construction of Mission-critical facilities
- Have a good working knowledge of current Singapore Planning Guidelines, Building Regulations and Technical Standards
- Working on the production of a Feasibility Study, Conceptual, Schematic design, and technical drawing packages
- You will likely need to use Autodesk Revit on a daily basis
- Assists with research and complies with project-related data as required
- Assists with correcting and updating drawings provided by Architectural Consultants / Designers to ensure corrections are made within multiple software platforms
- Assists with client presentations, renderings, and simulations as required
- Assists in performing field inspections, measurements, or calculations for public and private clients.
- All other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Revit experience/ knowledge
- Fresh graduates with minimum 1 year of practice experience (including practical training) are welcome to apply
- Proficient in the use of REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Sketch-Up.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of producing high-quality designs and assisting with detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Have strong organizational skills - able to work well under pressure and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines
- Personal motivation and discipline to work independently as well as within a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
