**What You'll Do**:

- The Officer is required to conduct and manage investigations relating to Cable and Gas Pipe damage cases. The work involves going to construction sites to gather evidence, examining records, interviewing staff and contractor workers, and assessing the cause of damage. The Officer would be required to manage multiple case files concurrently which includes analysis, assessment, report writing and preparing case files to be submitted to Energy Market Authority (EMA). The Officer is also required to be on standby during and after officer hours to attend to Cable and Gas pipe damages.
- The Officer is required to interact with various stakeholders which includes contractors, consultants, SPPG Officers, Government Agency Officers, EMA Officers and EMA appointed Lawyers. The Officer shall be familiar with the Electricity and Gas Act. The Officer may also be required to testify in court.
- The Officer shall possess strong analytical and investigative skills. Having good written communication skills, the ability to work with key stakeholders within the organisation and with the Regulators are essential for successful prosecution of errant contractors who damage Cables or Gas Pipes.

**What You'll Need**:

- Diploma, preferably in Engineering and from a recognized Polytechnic from Singapore.
- Analytical skills are required for this position.
- Must be meticulous and resourceful.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written English skills are required for this position.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task as multiple damage investigations may be carried out concurrently and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in investigation work is preferred
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving or Class 2 riding license with own vehicle is required
