**ACCOUNTABILITY: The incumbent will provide sales and marketing support for Personal Home and Health Care business in Southeast Asia to ensure effective and efficient operations **RESPONSIBILITY**: - Run sales report from SAP - BOBJ (BusinessObjectives) - Input pricing for approval through Vendavo - Update end-user reports - Organize prototype stocks - Organize and create promotional brochures - Organize customer seminars, webinars and internal meetings - Compile and share success stories - Sharepoint and CRM management - Work with Marketing Managers to develop and maintain e-newsletter, analyze the impact and implement improvements to increase click rate - Organize trade events (e.g. exhibitions), including booth design and build - Track market trends publication and share with the team - In conjunction with the Commercial and Marketing team, develop sales tools brochures and advertisments **REQUIREMENTS - KNOWLEDGE, TECHINCAL/PROFESSION SKILLS** - Possess GCE "A" Level qualification or Diploma - Proficient in written and oral English - Knowledge of E-blast, CRM, webinar systems are essential - Proficient in Microsoft Office Execl, including Pivot Table, Vlookup and other functions - Use of social media for promotion is an added advantage - Experience in graphic design would be an added advantage
