**Sales & Marketing Responsibilities**
- Customer Service: Your primary role is to serve customers with knowledge and passion (Jade or Gold knowledge is preferred but not required).
- Administrative Support: Assist with paperwork, invoicing, and monthly sales reporting.
- Social Media: Help manage our social media accounts.
- Inventory Management: Process incoming stock, manage restocking, handle returns, and conduct stock-taking.
- Office Maintenance: Replenish office supplies as needed.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the shipping company to ensure smooth delivery processes.

**REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS**
- Jewellery (or other luxury goods) sales experience
- Driven in meeting Sales Goals
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Sales Planning
- Build Relationships
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational
- 5 Day work week (Tuesday -Saturday)

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
