- Perform uncured elastomer Rheology, Ash, Specific Gravity, Visual+Color and Hardness test per procedure.
- Escalate all incidents of test failures and out-of-spec cases, preparation of reports to deem test compliance.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and problem-solving support to resolve escalated operational issues.
- Participate in product characteristics trend monitoring and effective escalation and follow-ups.
- Ensure all test assessment activities are accurate and adequately documented (eg SAP system, Ms Office, etc)
- Exercise appropriate control to documentation records and retained samples.
- Ensure all related calibration activties are timely and appropriately performed..
- Support non-routine assignments requested by supervisors (eg Non-routine product assessment activities, etc)
- Other duties as assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. ‘O’ level, or equivalent qualification.
- Computer literate (e.g. Ms. Office skills).
- Min. one year work experience in QA/QC related activities.
- **Able to work night shift**:

- **Day Shift: 7am to 7.15pm ($10/day)**:

- **Night Shift: 7pm to 7.15am ($24/day)**:

- **Shift Premium: $200/month
