**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Examine the service agreements, oversee the operations of facility contractors / vendors, and strive for the continuous improvement of FM service quality.
- Provide leadership to ensure facilities equipment / system and FM services performance meet operational requirements
- Create or evaluate facilities management standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instruction documents for maintenance.
- Assistance on Plan and implement building maintenance, projects, and improvement works.
- Maintain ISO and authorities licenses / certifications as well as other facility-related documents.
- Support facility and utility supply hookup and setup based on production requirements.
- Support EHS and implement safety improvement works in compliance with local government safety & environmental regulations and company EHS policies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of facility management experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Knowledge in facility management best practices, and good knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in cleanroom operation and maintenance
- Knowledge and/or experience on Electrical control and trouble shooting
- Good team player and able to work independently with confidence
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to adapt quickly and work independently
