- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
- T **eam Support**: Assist in training new warehouse staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries regarding order status and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
