Our client is one of the Largest Supermarket Chain in Singapore. It's a good opportunity to begin a career in the industry, no experience required, training will be provided.
- Responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure sufficient stocks at the warehouses
- Liaise with overseas/ local suppliers and transporters on delivery arrangements to the respective warehouses
- Handle clearance of short shelf life and aging stocks, rectify incoming shipment stocks issues, acquire compensation for claims raised to suppliers, process allocation to stores, compile inventory-related reports as well as advise on any inventory-related enquiries
- Responsible in creating the Purchase Orders, RTVs/ allocation to stores.
- Required to extract reports that are required for the operational needs from SAP and other miscellaneous duties assigned to support the inventory management team.
- Perform basic administrative duties
- Perform allocation given by CMs to stores
- Processing stores' daily order
- Monitoring daily order drop offs
- Responding to ad hoc issues
- Good team player

Requirement
- 1 year of working experience in Inventory Planning and Ordering
- Nitec in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Knowledge of SAP systems will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders etc.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Work Location: Joo Koon Cir / 680 upper Thomson Road
- 5 Days work week, 9am
- 6pm

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to $3,500.00 per month
