The Associate Facilitator/Educator (Part Time) reports to the company founder and director (Associate Professor at Singapore Institute of Technology and ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer) and plays a key role in helping our B2C and B2B clients be more competent and aware of their strengths and practices through upskilling.

**The associate will be involved in**:

- Facilitating proposed domain curriculum, including but not limited to our UX Design, Product Management, Data Analysis or Digital Marketing Training. (50% of the time)
- Revising domain curriculum related to people and practices after assessing the root cause through stakeholder interviews. (15% of the time)
- Systemising and improving the quality of the way we teach and deliver success outcomes to our B2B or B2C clients (15% of the time)
- Addressing and supporting technical sales enquiries from prospective mid-career and enterprise clients. (10% of the time)
- Developing content around adult education, and the domains you’re teaching and be a community leader in these topics in APAC. (10% of the time)

**What we will need from you**:
i) User Experience (UX)
ii) Product Management
iii) Data Analysis
iv) Digital Marketing

This is a hands-on role which requires patience, critical thinking and communication skills. We are a small and fast moving technology-enabled Education startup in Singapore and Malaysia. We have 3 openings for this part time position, the associate facilitator/educator can expect 2-3 days of training per month, inclusive but not limited to weekends.

ACTA/ACLP is a prerequisite, DACE/DDDLP is a bonus.
