**Prime Solutions & Financing (PS&F)**

Within CIB - Global Markets, PS&F regroups Multi-Asset Prime Brokerage (FX PB, Cash PB & Synthetic), Funding & Collateral Transformation (FCT), Derivatives Execution and Clearing (DEC) activities.

**Prime Solutions and Financing Client Solutions**

**Main Objectives and Purpose**:
Within PS&F, Client Solutions is responsible for onboarding and managing clients’ relationships within this specific business line.

**Location**: This Client Solutions role is located in SG within the trading floor alongside with the Sales, Traders and Risk teams of the same business unit.

**Reporting line**: To the Prime Brokerage Sales Head in SG & functionally to the Client Solutions manager in Hong Kong. The overall Client Solutions team report to APAC Head of Prime Brokerage Sales, PS&F.
- **Onboarding:
**One of the team’s missions is to focus on each client/s onboarding and provide unparalleled services to integrate clients onto the Prime Services platform. The team is integral to the overall success of prime services desk. They are often the first interaction a prospect has with the prime brokerage platform, and therefore it is our goal to make the integration onto the platform, efficient and easy for clients.
- **Client Servicing / Relationship Management**:
The team acts as a central point of contact, working with various internal departments to ensure Clients’ needs are understood and met. They promote a boutique-style approach through deep knowledge of their portfolios, offering appropriate solutions and guiding them through the organization.

**Opening role**

BNP Paribas is seeking a Vice President to join their Client-Solutions, Relationship Management team.

**You will be required to**:

- Provide “outside-the-box” solutions and be an efficient interface between our clients and the rest of our product offerings.
- Calculate and articulate PB specific financing specifications and margin/risk methodologies (stress-based, BNP margin rules) in detailed.
- Already possess relationships with Hedge Fund portfolio management & execution platform providers.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with their C-Suite levels.
- Act as an escalation point for APAC PS&F clients including resolutions of issues not resolved by Operations, IT, internal departments
- Work closely with Prime Services Sales to pitch and cross sell new / additional businesses.
- Contribute to cross sell to existing clients by understanding their needs and matching them with our internal capabilities.
- Propose, follow up and implement new functionalities and enhancements to the platform to make it consistently evolve.
- Contribute to extending existing relationships by working with Onboarding to add additional products/markets

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree
- 8-10 year experience within similar type of role: Prime Services RM, Client Services or on the Buy Side
- Mandatory knowledge of Prime Brokerage financing and margining calculations.
- Strong background on Fixed Income Prime Brokerage technical workflow incl. Repos.
- Familiar with BNPP Cortex Equities systems.
- Strong operational knowledge ranging from Settlements, Corporate Actions, Swaps resets
- Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives and / Fixed Income product including Listed Derivatives
- Good knowledge of Prime Brokerage related agreements (PBA, ISDA/CSA, GSA, ESA etc)
- Technical knowledge around securities lending practices
- Sound knowledge on global regulatory regimes is a major plus
- Language: English, Chinese Mandarin would be optional
