**Job duties and responsibilities**:

- Provide sales administrative support to Directors and Sales Manager
- Provide prompt and effective solutions by liaising with various departments
- Provide quality customer service
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both and electronic records
- Download completed Jotform to server
- Completing of Customer Request/Questionnaire and Manufacturing Declaration Form
- Create and Update Ammonia customers/vendor/contact database
- Manage special customers request/complaints
- Reconcile bi-monthly stock inventory
- Renewal of HS licence and HS TERP
- Create and Issue PO, SO, recurring sales lines for new customer & supplier
- Liaise with Container yard for storage and Inspection of ISO tank
- Prepare of Product TDS/SDS
- Maintaining and trouble shoot of the cylinder tracking system
- Transfer of Ammonia Tank volume to server
- Create Assembly Order (AO) for ammonia finished products
- Review and Update Ammonia Supply Chain (validation licence, IBC, tank,JI Pass)
- Submission of Government Tender

**Requirements**:

- At least A Level
- Customer service experience
- Team player
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Willing to learn
- Dynamic, independent and reliable
- Flexible approach
- Able to offer solutions to daily issues
- Able to work on Microsoft office

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
