Our Client is a large real estate management firm, with presence in the major markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Due to continuing business needs, it is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to take charge of the finances of one of its key REITs.

Reporting to the CFO of the REIT, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of finance and accounting for the REIT, including statutory and management reporting, budgeting, planning and forecasting. You will be extensively involved strategic decision-making pertaining to the business, and provide insights relating to finance matters. You will also work with various professional parties in making quarterly distribution to unitholders. In addition, you will also drive initiatives to improve processes and systems for both accounting and operational needs.

Ideally, you are a Chartered Accountant/CPA with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a REIT(SGX-based) environment. You are hands on and are comfortable being an independent contributor. At the same time, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
