**Job Description**:
**Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of experience with Avaloq, with strong expertise in Avaloq modules and functionality
- Avaloq Certified Professional

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the lead SME for the team, providing expert guidance on Avaloq solutions.
- Identify technical solutions that address business requirements, ensuring alignment with the client's system architecture.
- Lead and mentor the development team, overseeing system changes and ensuring best practices.
- Review and challenge vendor-provided solutions and code, ensuring compliance with the client's internal guidelines.
- Assist developers in identifying and proposing solutions or workarounds for production issues.
- Review Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD), as applicable.
- Walk through solutions with users to confirm they meet the requirements.
- Conduct code reviews for changes made by developers.
- Analyze and optimize batch jobs, identifying bottlenecks and proposing performance improvements.
- Perform audits of code delivered by team members and external vendor resources.

Technical Specialist
- Act as the primary contact point for users, collaborating with the Functional BA to identify root causes and provide solutions.
- Perform analysis of production defects and findings to determine root causes.
- Identify and propose workarounds and solutions for production issues.
- Analyze requirements and determine technical solutions for Avaloq functional changes.
- Prepare the Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Technical Specification Document (TSD), where applicable.
- Walk through solutions with users to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
- Conduct parameterization, unit testing, and System Integration Testing (SIT), where applicable.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of various batch jobs, their purposes, and underlying functionalities.
- Provide Avaloq technical solutions for system performance-related issues.
- Audit code delivered by other team members or vendor resources.
- Oversee the support and ongoing development of Avaloq Web Banking, including CAPI, AMI, and microservices required for business needs.
