**JOB SUMMARY**
To provide and co-ordinate care for patients referred and accepted into the team. He/She will provide the expected care and act as the liaison person between the patient and their doctor till the patient has been discharged from the department. It is also expected of him/her to maintain the Colorectal and ERAS registry, facilitate the Colon Cancer support group, tumour board and provide oversight if there are any research done within sub-speciality.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
Attained professional qualification preferably in nursing (not necessary to be registered under SNB) or para-clinical disciplines.**Experience**
- Prior healthcare experience especially in the discipline hiring will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of windows-based software.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess good inter-personal skills.
