- Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS) and safety guidelines
- Conduct microbiological testing in an aseptic, timely manner on in-process, product and study samples
- Perform Environmental Monitoring tests in controlled environment areas
- Prepare test and study reports on development and validation of new equipment and test methods
- Review and trend microbiological test data and results, lead and support investigation activities
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor, plan and coordinate resources to ensure smooth operation in Micro Lab
- Establish training program necessary to upgrade team members’ knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in microbiological testing laboratories and medical devices or pharmaceutical industries
- Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
- Must be capable of working as part of a team as well as working independently with mínimal supervision
