日系企業にてアドミンパートスタッフの募集です!
求人内容
- To provide secretarial support to company directors in handling schedules and
appointments.
- To handle corporate credit card account with the related bank and attend to card
problem issues etc. (Consolidate and compile all company expenses vouchers,
ensuring they tally accordingly)
- To handle medical hospital insurance forms for all Japanese staff for submission
to Tokyo HQ office.(Consolidate and compile all Health AB forms with
corresponding Invoice bills, get Application forms filled and mailed out to HQ).
- To consolidate 休日出勤管理、勤務報告表、総労原働表 every month, and 2
週間の予定 every week.
- To handle admin tasks such as distribution of materials & documents for Japanese
staff.
- Invoicing control
- To perform the work request by a superior.
- Directorのスケジュール管理などの秘書業務
- 銀行関連の手続き、書類整理
- 日本人スタッフの申請書、請求書、医療保険等のサポート業務
- 勤怠表等の管理
- 日本語関連の資料の配布、管理
- その他関連業務
応募資格
[Must]
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Japanese to liaise with the Japanese speaking third related party
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate confidently
- Ability to multi-task
