We are looking for a Director of Experience Design to join our team and help drive the design vision for our products. As the Director of Experience Design, you will be responsible for guiding the overall design direction for new and existing products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

- Develop and execute the overall design strategy for the company, aligning with the business goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of experience designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to define and implement the design vision for our products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to communicate your ideas and designs to the team
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Represent the design team in meetings and discussions with senior leadership and stakeholders

**We would like you to be...**
- A bachelor's or MSc degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- At least 12 years of experience as an experience designer, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills
- Experience working with Design Studio/Agency
- Extensive experience leading and managing design teams, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
