Vip Concierge

**Job Title**: VIP Concierge / Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Concierge / Relationship Manager for members of a distinct private social club.

This role will involve various responsibilities, including reception and floor management, membership sales, event planning and execution for members and exceptional member relationship management.

**Work Location**: 5-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT station

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Start Date**: March 2025

**Monthly Salary Range**: 3200 - 4000

**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk**Ensure smooth operations within the club, providing an excellent customer experience.
- **Member Sales**Manage and promote membership sales, event and product sales
- **Event Execution**Assist in organizing and executing club events including both educational and recreational activities ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- **Relationship Management**Maintain strong and healthy relationship with and among members, promote connections and care in whichever way members require

**Responsibilities**:

- **Background**Proven experience in a concierge, relationship manager, or similar role within hospitality, banking, or hotel sectors. Experience in managing high-end clubs, VIP lounges, or premium banking services.
- **Sales Skills**Strong sales background with the ability to drive membership sales and meet targets.
- **Communication Skills**Well-spoken, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- **Appearance**Presentable with a professional demeanor.
- **Personality**Outgoing, kids loving, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
