You'll play a supportive role in larger scale projects, and given opportunities to take on key roles in smaller scale projects. **Available Roles (pending on your strengths and what you'll like to explore)** - Producer & Director's Department (Assistant) - Camera & Lighting Team - Art Team - Post Production (Editing, Mograph, Colour, VFX) - Graphics & Design **Apprenticeship Outcome**: - Exposure to real-world projects, in different stages of the production pipeline (early stage idea creation, pre-pro, prod, post-pro, client management) - Portfolio building through projects - Opportunities to lead/experiment (reliant on your competency) - Space to explore creativity - Personal mentorship & guidance from seniors regarding your future career-tracks **Skills & Abilities**: - Hungry & Passionate to learn - Not afraid of hardwork (FYI we don’t believe in squeezing dry our talents/employees) - Passionate, Enthusiastic and takes initiative to learn - Creatively Playful - More importantly, the desire to grow as an individual/ professional - __________________________ A job/career with us, is not just about getting work done or being the best.
