**Job Details**
- Salary Range : $2700 - $3200
- Office Location : Ubi
- Working Hours:

- 9am - 6pm ( Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm ( Alt Sat WFH)

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory level of Head Office to ensure sufficient supply in place to support sales activities of all outlets, and purchase order are duly raised to maintain sufficient inventory level.
- Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
- Purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
- Execute and carry out sourcing process to acquire new product and services supplier that meet quality requirement at cheapest cost.
- Conduct periodic stock check to ensure accurate ending inventory record in place.
- Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
- Work closely with others in the procurement process and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
- Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
- Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
- Other duties as advised by the immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Well-versed in MS Excel Reporting
- Agility and Responsive
- Can do attitude
- Class 3 License is advantageous
