**Job Description:
**Daily Operations Tracking**:
Monitor and track the daily operations of bunker barges, including barge loading, delivery, and STS transfers. Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Barge Stock Monitoring**:
Continuously monitor the movement of bunker barge stocks, including ROB quantities.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on stock levels.

**Data Entry**:
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all bunker barge operations into the company's systems.

Update relevant spreadsheets and databases as required to maintain up-to-date records.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate and complete records of all bunker barge operations, including BDN, and other relevant documentation. Generate periodic reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.

**Communications**:
Act as a liaison with barge owners to facilitate smooth operations. Follow up on barge rent settlements and negotiate on-hire and off-hire matters with barge owners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Maintain transparent communication with customers and relevant parties regarding bunker barge activities.

**Performance Analysis**:
Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of bunker barge operations.

**Emergency Response**:
Be prepared to respond to emergency situations, such as oil spills or safety incidents, and coordinate necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with emergency response plans.

**Requirements**:
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers and external parties.

Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a competitive spirit to excel in a dynamic industry.

Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with team members and external partners.

Industry Experience: Prior experience in the bunker industry and knowledge of bunkering and marine fuels is an advantage.

Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is required for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients.

**Education/Experience**:
Educational Qualification: A diploma or higher degree.

Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the bunker industry.
