**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:
Project Involvement in planning and implementing Environmental Management System in Oiltanking Group of Companies in Singapore
- Data collection and analysis
- Writing of procedure & training presentation package
- Development of implementation action plan

**What you will learn**:

- Write policies, procedures & set SMART target
- Write literature review of procedures and the system
- Identify and understand the critical elements of EMS
- Research for information and perform meaningful analysis
- Present and maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience being mentored by Assests & Operations / HSSE Manager
- Experience working in the field / site

**Formal Education**:

- Pursuing or have graduated with a Degree in Environmental Studies or related to Environmental Studies from a reputable University

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Understanding of Environmental Management policy & procedure
- Understanding of environmental management elements
- Resourceful to search for information and perform meaningful analysis.
- Communication skills to work with internal & external stakeholders

**Please note**:

- Minimum Commitment Period: At least 4-6 Months
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 830 - 1700 Hours
- Lunch will be provided while in the terminal and shuttle bus pick up point located at Jurong East MRT
- Interns will be paid a monthly internship allowance of S$1200 with no CPF contributions
- Please state your earliest availability and commitment period

**Oiltanking** has been active in tank storage logistics since 1972, and is one of the largest independent operators of tank terminals for oils, chemicals and gases worldwide.

The company owns and operates 73 terminalsin 24 countries with a total storage capacity of 20 million cbm, on five continents - in Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, India, and the Asia-Pacific region.
