We are looking for Team Leader (Shop House) to join our team
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant floor during service
Lead and support service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and handle guest feedback
Ensure food is served promptly and guest expectations are met
Train and guide junior staff on service procedures and product knowledge
Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and overall dining environment
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless service flow
Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic reporting
**Requirement**:
1-3 years of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior service role
