Job Responsibilities:
- Office Administration (30%)
- Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office and other supplies.
- Placing order and issuing of all Admin-related Purchase Orders (PO).
- Issuance of uniform and accessories to new hires, keep track of all uniforms inventory on a yearly basis to ensure records are updated and reported in the uniform inventory sheet.
- Liaise with Finance and suppliers on invoices payment.
- Assist to support with company-wide employee engagement activities.
- Any other assigned office administration duties.
- HR Administration (20%)
- Assist to verify business expense claims and leave records where applicable.
- Maintenance of employees p-files and HR documents.
- Prepare HR headcount reports for submission.
- Any other assigned HR administration duties.
- Talent Acquisition (25%)
- Assist with coordination of new hires on-boarding program and conduct orientation.
- Learning and Development (25%)
- Handle training administration and coordination, including registration of training courses.
- Manage and maintain up to date training database, records and documentation in order to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
- Manage in-house Learning Management System (LMS) on uploading events, sessions and completion of e-Learning modules.
- Monitoring renewal for Licensing Course with expiry timelines.
- Accrual for year-end closing for training invoices.
- Liaise with Finance and trainer on invoices payment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma level and above.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant HR and Administration experience in a similar capacity with real estate industry.
- Pleasant persona, carries oneself with professionalism and embracing a customer service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, reliable, meticulous, pro-active with good follow-up skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and commits to deadlines for assigned tasks.
- Fluent in English and other language skills will be a plus.
