We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic professionals to join our Financial Advisory Services practice in Singapore. As part of Mazars' Financial Advisory Services arm, you will be exposed to projects in Financial Advisory, Valuations, and Restructuring and Insolvency.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Perform market and industry research
- Develop financial models to value private companies
- Identify and value intangible assets for financial reporting, tax or M&A purposes
- Be actively involved in due diligence for M&A transactions around Asia Pacific.
- Analyse if the financial projections are reasonable by comparing against appropriate benchmarks
- Primary responsibility in the gathering of data and delivery of high-quality analysis, as well as assisting in drafting reports and documents in a timely manner.
- Analyse historical financial performance and perform cash flows analyses
- Prepare documents for sales of distressed assets
- Assist in drafting correspondence to clients with creditors during restructuring or insolvency
- Prepare of business proposals and pitch documents

**Requirements**:

- Background in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
- Tenacious and willing to learn on the job
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Able to work independently with little supervision
