**About Us**

The Floristry is a leading floral lifestyle brand. We celebrate wild-inspired living and offer a curated assortment of flowers, homeware and lifestyle objects.

We're currently on the look out for a senior florist to assist with seasonal flower designs as well as oversee a team of junior florists. We are expanding rapidly and in exchange for your passion for the brand we offer excellent career progression.

You'll be located in a popular neighbourhood, have the chance to work in a cool and contemporary environment and be part of an expanding creative team.

**Floral Design**
- Assist in designing and creating seasonal floral designs and products in line with The Floristry brand.
- Create seasonal design guidelines and training packs.
- Ensure all products are being made correctly and to guidelines by our florist teams.
- Work with buying team to ensure seasonal flower varieties are ordered and high quality of stock is maintained.
- Assist in creating seasonal installations and displays.

**Daily Operations**
- Ensure quality of all orders by made by florist team.
- Interview and hire florists as and when required.
- Oversee staffing schedules ensuring sufficient cover for day-to-day as well as at peak trading periods.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years experience as a florist.
- Strong floral design skills.
- Good team player and enjoy mentoring junior members of the team.
- Creative and passionate about The Floristry brand.
- Highly organised.
- Enjoy a fast paced start-up environment.
