**Job Description** Role Purpose**:
The Money Movement Solutions team (MMS) at Visa is where innovation meets global money movement. Comprising of three cutting-edge products - Visa Direct, Visa Cross-Border Solutions and B2B Connect - MMS redefines the landscape of global financial transactions. These products and services are typically aimed at financial institutions, financial technology providers (FinTechs), remitters and foreign exchange businesses, across a multitude of movement movement flows such as B2B trade payments, P2P remittance transfers and C2B spend on multi-currency accounts. MMS spans across different dimensions of money movement including cross-border transactions, disbursements, money transfers, and more. The Strategy, Business Planning & Operations function for Visa Money Movement Asia-Pacific is accountable for the development and execution of the functional strategy, the target setting and aggregate view of the sales metrics across the region and for operating on behalf of the Head of Visa Money Movement Asia-Pacific, to ensure the team meets or exceeds its financial and scorecard goals. The individual will contribute to the Strategy, Business Planning & Operations for Visa Money Movement across Asia Pacific. **Responsibilities**:
What we expect of you, day to day:
Strategy:

- Support VP, Visa Money Movement Asia Pacific and the Strategy, Business Planning & Operations function in developing and driving the regional MMS strategy, key strategic initiatives, and plans in support of regional business growth and objectives.
- Collaborate and work with Visa Global and Asia Pacific stakeholders in ensuring that the major roadmap milestones and objectives are met.

Business Operations:

- Develop effective tracking mechanism that monitors and progress team towards these targets and objectives.
- Drive effective leadership and operations through management of key business processes, including coordination of financial forecasting and revenue management.
- Collaborate and coordinate with wider Visa teams in ensuring that program and project artefacts are up to date and ensuring that regional stakeholders have the resources to support Visa Money Movement business and initiatives across the region.

Governance:

- Support and drive the definition and implementation of key functional governance e.g., functional leadership meetings, executive reporting, and business objective reviews.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of industry related experience in strategy and business planning, project/program management, data analysis and forecasting, and enterprise risk management - ideally from a complex management organization or consulting firm
- An advanced degree strongly preferred
- Financial services/card/payment industry knowledge required
- Push payments or real-time payments experience a plus
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written), and executive presence, able to interface with senior executives
- Proven ability to collaborate and build credibility with a very diverse set of stakeholders
