- Cut tiles using hand tools or wet saws to fit corners, curves, and irregular spaces
- Install mosaic tiles with precise alignment and spacing
- Polish, clean, and inspect finished work to ensure quality and design accuracy
- Repair or replace damaged tiles as required
- Coordinate with site supervisors and designers for layout approvals
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and best practices
- Must be an experienced and proficient in mosaic or tile installation
- Proficient in cutting and handling small-format mosaic tiles (ceramic, glass, marble, etc.)
- Ability to read and follow layout plans, blueprints, or tile shop drawings
- Strong eye for detail, pattern alignment, and aesthetics
- Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, or kneeling for extended periods
- Knowledge of different adhesives, grouts, and waterproofing systems
- Able to work independently or as part of a team under tight deadlines
