**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality management strategies based on company and department business strategies.
- Break down planning objectives, create detailed implementation plans, and ensure effective execution.
- Regularly evaluate and optimize the execution of strategic plans.
- Establish and improve the company's quality management system, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Guide business units in optimizing quality management systems, ensuring uniformity and coordination.
- Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system, proposing and implementing improvements.
- Optimize the organizational structure of the quality team, clearly defining roles and workflows.
- Handle recruitment, training, assessment, and motivation for the quality team, ensuring professional quality and enthusiasm.
- Set team goals and performance standards, leading the team to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Develop quality standards and IPD process management during product development to ensure design quality.
- Manage supplier quality, establish and supervise supplier quality standards to maintain a stable quality supply chain.
- Supervise quality control during production, promptly identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Manage post-market quality improvements by collecting customer feedback, analyzing quality issues, and driving enhancements.
- Coordinate resources and relationships with other departments to resolve cross-departmental quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.
- Build and optimize standard work processes and systems to improve overall efficiency.
- Handle daily team management, develop work plans, and ensure orderly task execution.

- Diploma or higher, with over 5 years in quality management and at least 3 years in quality team management.
- Extensive experience in comprehensive quality management systems and managing quality for multiple product categories is preferred.
- Strong quality awareness with strict quality standards and a sense of responsibility.

- Ability to drive business development considering cost, efficiency, and user experience. Proficient in using quality management tools (e.g., 7 QC tools, 8D, Five Core Tools, PDCA, QCC).
