Events Ambassador

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively, and a team lead with a positive attitude to bring their energy to play a supervisory role at an event with one of the leading aviation partners in the region.

Date: 2-3 November 2024

Time: 9.30am - 9.30pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Event Promotion**:
1. Lead a team of Event Ambassadors to engage with event attendees to promote the various activities available.
2. Distribute any promotional materials, samples, and giveaways to visitors.
3. Encourage participation in interactive experiences and activities.

**Hospitality**:
1. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide information about the event, its activities, and any special promotions.
3. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and general assistance.
4. Ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

**Crowd Control**:
1. Monitor and manage crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
2. Direct guests to designated areas and manage queues effectively.
3. Work with security personnel to address any safety concerns or incidents.

**Housekeeping**:
1. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the event area throughout the duration of the event.
2. Dispose of trash and waste in designated areas.
3. Arrange and organize event materials as required.

**Experience**:

- Events Management: 2 years (preferred)
