**Responsibilities of an Administrative Executive & Accountant:
As an Administrative Executive and Accountant, you are often the first point-of-contact for any of Thrive Healthcare’s or its subsidaries and clients. As such, it is imperative that you hold the highest standards of service, along with a friendly and welcoming demeanor characteristic of Thrive Healthcare. Your duties include both in-person and administrative duties, and a keen attention to detail is key.

Your responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
Administrative:

- Take and manage booking and registration of appointments and services on respective booking systems (e.g. Electronic Medical Record System) for all physiotherapy related services
- Facilitate in the management and scheduling of coaches’ roster, and update relevant systems accordingly
- Maintain great customer service in accordance to service standards set out by Thrive Healthcare
- Maintain an accurate Point-of-Sale (POS) record, and inventory as required, and update relevant stakeholder(s) when inventory reaches a re-order quantity
- Ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming facility at all times
- Keep all equipment and supplies in order and facility clean
- Source for and order corporate gifts/products as required
- General administrative duties
- Liaise with vendors freelancers and subcontractors on their rosters/duty schedules.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

Accounting:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the financial health of the practice and fitness services
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, collections, and vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions, alert and flag up late bills to relevant stake holders
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processing, including employee and locums compensation and claims, benefits administration, and compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific regulations, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary adjustments
- Internal Controls and Processes: Collaborate with management to establish and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and maintain integrity in financial operations.
- Audit Preparation and Support: Coordinate financial audits and examinations, providing documentation, analysis, and support to auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
- Advisory and Support: Provide financial guidance and support to management and department heads, offering insights, recommendations, and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against financial targets and identifying variances for corrective action.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making, evaluate business performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English, good if conversational in other mother tongues in Singapore (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Accounting experience (preferable in the healthcare and/or fitness industry) with relevant diploma or degree in Accounting
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, outgoing and positive personality
- Sensitive to other
