**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative duties for mail in-and-out, original documentation handling, business travel, new hires and leavers, leave tracking and general tasks for smooth operations
- Support the Asst Relationship Managers in the processing of specific transactions
- Update and support the data archival of digital documents in the system
- Ensure that data collected complies with company and local regulation and procedures
- Data retrieval and simple liaison duties

**Essential**:

- Computer literacy with basic PC and administrative skills
- Knowledge of administrative processes

**Desirable**:

- Experience within office administration or bank processing role preferred
Skills: (technical skills)

**Essential**:

- Proficient with MS Office software i.e. MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel

**Essential**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualifications

**Desirable**
- Ability to multitask
- Learn fast on the job
- Strong organization skills
- Good communication skills

- Good team player

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
