You will partner senior clinicians in achieving the Division’s vision and mandate by developing and implementing operational strategies, that will:

- Lead Division of Surgery & Surgical Oncology towards cutting-edge of academic medicine.
- Ensure good clinical governance standards/protocols within Division, in line with SGH overall clinical governance approach.
- Lead change management in key resource and clinical areas under the Division’s purview, to enhance operational efficiency & performance.

You will provide project management, operations and administrative support to clinical departments/units under Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology to ensure its smooth operations and adherence to clinical governance. You will plan and support strategic planning/budgeting exercises, retreats, management reports and assist in ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of Division projects that delivers the best patient care.

You will also be involved in the planning, organizing, coordinating and managing the functions that support patient care services and operations of the Operating Theatre in SGH Campus. Your scope include assistance to craft strategies and policies on operational processes, workflow design, data collection and analysis.
