The ‘IT Shared Service Center Asia Pacific’ (ITSSC-AP) team is responsible for IT services that are consumed by several BIOTRONIK subsidiaries (production and sales sites) located in this area. As part of this IT team located in Singapore, the ‘SAP SD/MM Specialist’ is responsible for all SAP related business processes throughout the whole software lifecycle. This includes activities in the project preparation phase, project execution phase and operation as well as support activities. In your role you will report directly to the local IT Director and work closely with the SAP teams of the SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) in the headquarter. **Your Responsibilities** - Support the roll-outs of SAP to our manufacturing and sales organization in Asia Pacific region, following our "global SAP template" including requirements gathering, specification activities, customizing and testing activities, user training, cut-over and go-live activities, overall project management activities - Coordinate the communication between the BIOTRONIK departments in the Asia-Pacific area and the SAP CoE in Berlin (e.g. CRQ process, test and acceptance of changes) - Responsible for the first/second level SAP support in the Asia-Pacific region. Ensure on call support and continuous monitoring for critical SAP services - Provide day-to-day SAP user support operations and projects - Manage external technical vendor on their deliverables and support performances **Your Profile** - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with basic knowledge on supply chain management and manufacturing process is preferred - Technical skills/ certification in SAP SCM modules and SAP tools. Experience and knowledge in other SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, etc are desirable - 5-7 years of SAP SCM project and customizing/configuration experience - Experience in SCM processes and knowledge in the SAP PP, MM, IM, WM and QM modules - Experience in Electronic Data Interface (EDI) / SAP iDoc with external partners is preferred **What we offer** - being encouraged to think and act entrepreneurially. - working in global teams and projects. - developing yourself professionally.
