We are looking for someone who is passionate, proactive and eager to learn and grow with the organisation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Responsible for administrative duties of SBACC, including, but not limited to**:

- All duties related to office management, including manning reception and telephones.
- Ensuring a proper filing system for the organization
- Preparation and execution of all financial documentation, payments and receipts and liaison with financial service providers for regular financial statements and audits
- Liaison with HR service provider for HR management system
- Liaison with Corporate Secretary to ensure all statutory requirements are complied with

**Provides support to the Certification Team and Marketing Team, including, but not limited to**:

- Setting up meeting requirements for the various boards and councils of SBACC
- Co-ordinating meeting attendance of all parties, including prospective consultants
- Certification related tasks as determined by the Certification team
- Assisting in the logistics of training courses and events
- Preparing materials needed for the meetings and preparing minutes of meetings in a timely manner

**Others**
- Provides support wherever necessary to accomplish the overall goals of SBACC
- From time to time, takes over as relief staff in cases of leave or urgent absence of other staff.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years relevant experience in office management and administration, including preparing for meetings and minutes of meeting
- Good communication skills
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills and able to deal at all levels
- Meticulous, resourceful and organised
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, team-player
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with database management
