**The Role**

Job description:

- Maintain the high H&S standards. Report accidents, near miss and incidents.
- Reading assembly instructions and technical drawings.
- Build sub and main fan assemblies including electrical connections.
- Testing : Use of basic measurement tooling (quality assurance inspection etc - vernier, tape)
- Completing transactions on ERP system.
- Understand and exceed performance metrics (quality and build times)
- Clearly documents actions by completing production and quality forms
- Goods Inwards, picking, packing and dispatch
- Forklift & possibly reach truck handling
- Escalate any assembly related engineering, quality and material supply issues
- Always maintain a clean and well organised work area

**Ideal Profile**

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies
- Previous factory experience in Assembly/Manufacturing processes
- Able to read and understand both engineering drawings and order instructions
- Punctual with a motivated can-do attitude
- Technical knowledge and ability to read instructions, drawings etc.
- Ability in using hand, pneumatic and battery tools
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity and attention to detail.
- Flexible team worker with a willingness to learn/develop across various shifts and areas.
- Good problem solving skill
- Lifting & Slinging experience
