**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct small group tutoring sessions for Math, Sciences, Language at both Primary and Secondary levels and others as needed.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning objectives and academic goals.
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources for effective tutoring.
- Other adhoc centre related duties as assigned by manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably in a tuition centre or educational institution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and motivate students.
- Passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Possess good academic results.

**Work Hours**:

- Weekly commitment of at least 6 months period, or less will be considered as adhoc relief roles. (Part Time)
