- Based on a large number of user behaviors, use data mining and machine learning algorithms to model user interests and preferences to improve the user experience and user commercial value of advertising products;
- Click-Through-Rate estimation, Conversion-Rate estimation, and closed-loop advertising ecology construction;
- Research on advertising strategy mechanism, optimization of advertising conversion and monetization effects;
**Job Requirement**
- Familiar with commonly used Deep Learning algorithms such as Wide&Deep/ DeepFM/ Transformer/ Coaction, etc., traditional Machine Learning algorithms such as GBDT/ LR/ LTR, etc.;
- Familiar with commonly used feature engineering methods, and big data frameworks such as Spark/ Hadoop/ Hive/ Hbase;
- Familiar with more than two programming languages in Python/ Scala/ Java/ C++;
- Familiar with common distributed Deep Learning frameworks such as Tensorflow/ PaddlePaddle/ PyTorch/ Caffe;
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to learn quickly, good communication skills, technological innovation spirit, willingness to accept challenges, and able to withstand work pressure.
