**IT Business Analysis Specialist**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced hands-on IT Business Analysis Specialist to support the discovery work and deliver Marsh global tech strategy for fiduciary program. The IT Business Analysis Specialist is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of technology
- and process-based solutions. In partnership with business leaders, clients and vendors, identify business needs, define process requirements and systems specifications, and implement the solutions. You will also get access to colleague resource groups across the globe that provides mentorship and development opportunities to help you build a sense of connection and community throughout your career.

**We will count on you to**:

- Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
- Provide traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions and ensure system testing encompasses existing capabilities of solution as well as future function point requirements.
- Identify, verify and document functional requirements using Requirements Management methodology and tools.
- Identify data elements and provides data mappings/dictionaries.
- Analyze, design, redesign and document “as is” and “to be” business processes.
- Ensure development community has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Conduct/facilitate acceptance tests for solutions with user community, including, development of UAT test scenario and test scripts.
- Develop, deliver and evaluate training and supplemental materials.
- Partner with Business/IT in define and management of scope with each release.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successfully fulfilling the role of a Business Analyst within an insurance industry environment.
- Demonstrated experience in working on a wide range of projects (technology and non-technology).
- Demonstrable experience of working and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly emerging requirements
- Ability to elicit, articulate and document process modeling, business requirements, description of business context using scenarios and user stories.
- Must have strong Business Process Analysis, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Stakeholder management and a proven ability to gain consensus and sign off.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with IT and business managers
- Hands-on experience on SQL database queries.
- 5 to 8 years’ experience of analyzing business problems and designing successful solutions.
- Ability to speak an Asian language is preferred.
