DESIGNATION : Cloud Infrastructure Windows Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

NE Digital is currently hiring a Cloud/Infrastructure Windows Engineer to accelerate the transformation of our Cloud Infrastructure. We are embracing Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform and Ansible. Our environment is multi-cloud AWS/GCP and private Cloud with hyperconverged infrastructure. Our goal is to standardize and increase public Cloud adoption as well as creating the same capabilities on-prem in a new private cloud environment. Main activities will be as below:

- Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure Solution that is secure, scalable, and highly available.
- Implementing and Maintaining Cloud Infrastructure in AWS and Google Cloud
- Provision, Configure and Maintain Cloud Infrastructure defined as a code.
- Maintaining and administering Cloud VMs/Servers - Windows and Cloud Resources, Linux workloads would be a bonus.
- Hands on management of the infrastructure life cycle and security patches for operating systems, servers and virtualized platforms
- Build operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
- Provide Support related to technical and administration issues with the Cloud Infrastructure and Operating Systems
- Improve and drives the automation for IT Infrastructure operational activities, health checks and performance monitoring
- Involvement in Cloud Infrastructure cost analysis and optimization efforts
- Continuously Improve Cloud Infrastructure by using Cloud Adoption Framework and Well Architected Framework Principles
- Managing, Documenting and Review Standard Operating Procedure as well as Policies

QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT experience in a similar position with hands-on experience in managing On-Premise, AWS and/or Google Cloud Environment.
- Experience in Server Administration and Configuration - Windows (preferred) and Linux (bonus).
- Certifications in VMWare/Microsoft/Cisco/Cloud/Linux preferred
- In-depth knowledge/hands-on experience for administration and configuration for VMWare and Microsoft Windows Servers
- Experience in Hyperconverged Infrastructure Solutions would be a bonus
- In-depth knowledge/hands-on experience for Active Directory, GPO, PowerShell Scripting, Active Directory Federation Services, SAML 2.0, LDAP, WSUS, SCCM, Exchange 2010, MS SQL,
- Basic knowledge/hands-on experience on Basic Networking - IP Addressing/Subnets, TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls
- Experience in one of IaC language: Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Google Deployment Manager, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, etc
- Experience in one or more scripting language: PowerShell, Bash, Python, NodeJS, etc.
- Knowledge in Networking - IP Addressing/Subnets, TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, WAF, Load Balancers, DNS, etc.
- Knowledge in standard security concepts for User Management, OS Hardening and PAM tools like CyberArk
- Knowledge in service management delivery, asset management, configuration management and capacity planning
- Knowledge in ITIL, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and proven documentation methodology
- Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels
- Highly autonomous and capable to drive changes
