WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Responsible for CoBE Strategic planning and implementation of its operational and TDA plan.

A key contributor role in Tied Distribution, Center of Business Excellence, the incumbent will manage the delivery/implementation of Technology, Digital and Analytics (TDA) framework including utilization of Technology in operational process, studying the Digital Learning Experience of users and have a continuous development plan and lastly Analytics to drive Performance management & Strategic planning.

Roles & Responsibilities- Implement technology usage in operational process, Improve the Digital Learning Experience of users- Analytics drive Performance management & Strategic planning.- Manage projects as required by company and regulators.- Collaborates with industry associations to ensure AIA’s interest is represented.- Collaborate with Management Team to deliver the results in the following key results areas through providing appropriate training solutions and training interventions:

- Value of New Business
- Number of Active FSCs
- New FSC Activity Ratio
- Number of Premier Agents (MDRT)
- Collaborate with Section heads, training managers and SDOAs to determine performance gaps in the organization and identify interventions to solve these problems.- Support Partnership Distributions and Corporate Solutions with training to their partners.- Build and strengthen rapport with agency force through routine and regular contact, communicating Premier Academy standards and expectation, resolving training and development concerns.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training events through feedback, discussion and agency visits, as well as analysis of business outcomes, pre and post training events.- Provide management with regular reports regarding training activities and outcomes.- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending professional development workshops- Contribute to team’s effort by exploring Training and Development opportunities to add value to AIA.

**Requirements**:

- Education - Minimum Degree Holder
- Experience - Minimum 10 years of training and/or managerial experience.
- Certifications/licenses - M5, M9, M9A, HI
- Special skills: Coaching skills, Digital capabilities, Project management, etc
