Our Customer Success Manager (CSM) are critical to our relationships with our customers. They are responsible to ensure that our customers are successfully onboarded, maximize their utilization of Checkmarx solutions, and continue to renew their licenses year-on-year. CSMs are highly motivated and skilled customer relationship builders who drive adoption of our solutions, generate referrals, drive customer loyalty, and secure long-term relationships. Our CSM serves as the customers' advocate within Checkmarx and strive to understand their needs and how Checkmarx can help them achieve their goals.
In this role, you will be responsible to manage existing and new customers in the APJ market, improving customer retention, increasing adoption of Checkmarx within the customer base, and identifying and escalating customer support issues that require attention.
Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with each customer.
- Lead and coordinate the deployment and adoption of Checkmarx products for customers.
- Initiate sessions to drive customer awareness of product features and Checkmarx services to maximize the adoption and realized value of their purchased solutions.
- Ensure that the Checkmarx solution continuously supports the ongoing needs and security objectives for each customer.
- Proactively and consistently engage customers to positively impact customer loyalty.
- Initiate health checks to check-in on customers and maintain an accurate status on the health of the customers.
- Understand and formalize customer requests, needs, requirements and escalations.
- Work closely with Product Management, R&D and Support teams to promote customers’ requests.
**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of CSM /account management experience
- Willingness to learn and step out of their comfort zone
- Detail-oriented - able to capture proper information correctly and accurately
- Self-starter - takes initiative
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and organization skills
- Ability to connect and build relationship with customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to Software Development or IT Security (bonus)
